Civic Leadership Academy equips community advocates and aspiring public officials with the knowledge and network to drive systemic change. We do this by recruiting a diverse cohort that reflects the demographics of our community, leading the cohort through a 9-month learning program, and then remaining engaged with them as part of our coalition.

Important Info About Part 2 

→ We strongly suggest that you download/make a copy of this Google Doc, which contains all the essay questions, and work on your answers there. Then, copy/paste them from the Google Doc into Jotform.
→ We suggest using Chrome, but if you use Safari, you must allow cookies.
→ You can save your work in the online form and return to it later. To do so, click the Save button (a disk icon) at the bottom of the screen, then follow the prompts.
→ You will be prompted to create an account, but you DO NOT have to. To bypass creating an account, click on “Skip Create an Account” in the blue writing at the very bottom of that box. You’ll be able to enter your email address to receive a link. A new link will be emailed to you that you will use to continue from where you left off.
→ As you move through the questions, if you want to go back and edit answers on previous pages, use the “Previous” button at the bottom of the page.
